Whether with family, friends, for a birthday celebration, the morning after a wedding or party, or simply as a special treat, each brunch can be tailored to your wishes.
From savoury to sweet, from revisited classics to more original creations, brunch is above all a warm and indulgent moment to share.

45€ /person, from 8 guests

  • Buffet : artisan pastries, a selection of freshly sliced breads, fruit salad with yuzu-infused syrup, charcuterie, cheese skewers, preserves, and butter.
  • Drinks: coffee, tea, herbal infusions, fruit juices, and homemade iced tea served in a dispenser..
  • Included : 2 savoury options and 2 sweet options from our selection.

Pancake Bar Option (+€8 per person)

Prepared live by the Chef, the pancakes are cooked to order, served warm, and fully customised to your guests’ preferences.

Each guest can create their own pancake from a selection of toppings, including sweet treats, fresh fruit, strawberries, syrup, chocolate spread, and homemade sauces.

Plancha Experience Option (+€15 per person)

For those wishing to take the experience a step further, a live plancha station can be added to your event.

Set at the heart of your gathering, it becomes a true focal point where savoury skewers are freshly grilled to order in front of your guests.

French classics to share

I offer iconic French comfort dishes designed to be shared — warm, generous, and deeply convivial such as a slow-simmered poule au pot with its traditional stuffing, or a generous homemade aioli served as a centrepiece dish for the table.

  • Beef pot-au-feu with winter vegetables
  • Cod and shellfish aioli, seasonal vegetables, and saffron aioli (+€3 per person)
  • Traditional poule au pot served with a creamy cocotte sauce and stuffed ballotine
  • Périgord duck pastis with salsify and lamb’s lettuce salad
  • Spring veal blanquette with fresh herb rice
  • Duck shepherd’s pie with green salad, seasonal crudités, and walnut oil vinaigrette
  • Stuffed cabbage glazed with meat jus, jacket potatoes, and garlic butte
  • Slow-cooked confit lamb shoulder with heritage vegetables in a cocotte (+€4 per person)

I offer a complete dining experience inspired by seasonal ingredients and the richness of the local terroir.
