Experiences

After six years of training at culinary school, I honed my craft in several renowned fine dining and Michelin-starred restaurants, including Le Vieux Logis in Trémolat, Le Pont de l’Ouysse in Lacave, La Truffe Noire in Brive, and Le Manoir de Hautegente in Saint-Amand-de-Coly.

With over twenty years of experience in the restaurant industry, including eleven years running my own establishment, I chose to step away from the kitchens of my restaurant to return to what truly matters: taking the time to connect with people and share my culinary world.

Originally from the Périgord region and now based in Bergerac, I draw daily inspiration from this remarkable terroir and its exceptional produce, which continue to shape my cuisine.
